After your doctor sends a prescription to Puretho Medical Equipment, we promptly call you to set up a 1-on-1 appointment. One of our certified staff members will then come to your location to gather custom measurements to ensure that your equipment fits properly! After locating your specification, we contact you to finalize a delivery date.

Michele Fisher (President & Founder of Puretho Medical Equipment)
About Michele
Born in South Philadelphia, Michele's first big job was at an insurance company. She continued in this field through today, having started Puretho Medical Equipment in 2011, after having two kids. When she's not working, Michele enjoys reading and word-unscrambler games. She can also fit patients, but primarily fulfills other duties as Puretho's President.
Rand Michell (Orthotist + Pedorthotist)
About Rand
Born and raised in Bourne, MA, Rand was inspired to enter the medical field when he challenged himself to help others. In his spare time, Rand enjoys kayaking, camping, and being outdoors. He is certified both as an orthotist (B.O.C.O), and as a pedorthist (C.PED). Rand specializes in custom bracing and more.

About RiCK
Rick grew up around the corner in Philadelphia, but was born in Puerto Rico. He chose this career based on his unabashed desire to help others when possible. When he's not working, Rick likes to fish and play softball. He's since obtained certifications in fitting for compression wear from JOBST, and primarily measures V.A. patients for custom and OTS compression socks.
Marisol Maldonado (Fitter)
About Marisol
Marisol was born in Puerto Rico, and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She joined the medical field to help others, especially after losing a loved one to breast cancer. In her spare time, Marisol enjoys reading and spending times with her friends and family. She's certified in mastectomy fitting.
