We’re bringing medicine into the 21st century while keeping it navigable to patients of all ages and abilities.

BackStory

Since 2009, we have been providing top-level patient care, and have spread an environment of growth and recovery. We started out with a small location in Philadelphia, during which time our staff consisted of a technician and one or two clerks. Often, I would spend long hours at the office to ensure that Puretho wouldn't become one of the 20% of businesses that fail to survive their first year in business. Our "warehouse" consisted of a small, windowless room that would be filled floor-to-ceiling with boxes of medical equipment. I spent hours meticulously labeling and sorting through each one. I expected to face certain hardships, as a small-business owner, but persisted through them with the hope that these sacrifices would pay off eventually. Well, eventually couldn't have come soon enough.

I'm fortunate to be able to say that business had progressed, despite a number of trials and tribulations. Due to this, our tiny office became overloaded, and we were forced to pursue a new location that would allow my business to continue growing. After months of searching, I found and bought a property on Sabine Avenue in Narberth. Nearly two years have passed since, over which time we've ballooned to ten full- and part- time employees, including two certified technicians.

Today, we proudly serve patients in southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware. We work closely with local doctors and the VA Hospital to provide our equipment and expertise to those in need of medical support. The future seems to involve more of the same, as we look to continue expanding our high-level of service into additional communities.

Our Mission

You could call us simple. That’s because we have just one goal at Puretho: to help you with your medical needs without additional anguish. We pride ourselves on providing a great costumer experience, because that’s who we are. Located in a small suburb of Montgomery County, we have spent years fitting patients with the medical equipment they need to be free, independent, and productive.

Our VISION

We strive to be a recognized leader of the medical equipment industry, through providing the highest level of respect and care to our patients. We take pride both in our efforts to carefully instruct patients on equipment and safety relevant to their diagnosis. Our overarching goal is ensuring that our products and services help costumers to restore their independence and quality of life.

“You guys truly are the greatest!!”
